Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused linens or towels back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the product.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
